We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your merchandise order, we are here to help.
Please review our return policy below -
1. Eligibility for Returns
Merchandise items purchased on our website may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. Items must also be in their original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:Alcoholic beverages: Due to local laws and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on alcohol.Personalized items: Custom or personalized merchandise, including custom engravings or designs, are non-returnable.Gift cards: These are non-refundable and non-returnable.
3. How to Return MerchandiseTo initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team at rick@drinkbrazu.com within 30 days of your delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Return Authorization: Once your return request is received and approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Ship the Item(s): Pack the merchandise securely, including the RA number, and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Service team. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly.
4. Refunds and Processing
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.Items returned in used or damaged condition, or that do not meet our return criteria, may be subject to a partial refund or no refund.
5. Damaged or Defective MerchandiseIf you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at rick@drinkbrazu.com. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. To assist with your claim, please provide photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
6. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, except in cases of defective merchandise or errors on our part.
